The staff were kind, helpful and well organized, and the hotel had a friendly, peaceful atmosphere where we could rest well. Breakfast was very good, especially the omelette sandwich and chocolate cake with nuts. The bathroom had good quality cosmetics and a hairdryer, which isn’t always provided. We stayed five nights in a comfortable, quiet hotel with lovely interior design throughout, including the shared spaces. Our room had a large bed and a nice window view. The location felt safe and was very convenient. The hotel was exceptionally clean. We’d definitely return, and highly recommend it. Thank you!

The room’s air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat. We also noticed some ink stains on the towels and sheets, though it didn’t bother us much because the room was cleaned every day. Breakfast changed a little from day to day, which was nice. On our first morning I asked about vegetarian options, and one staff member remembered and made sure to take that into account for the rest of the week. The staff were super helpful, especially with tips for free parking, so thank you for that. At 140€ per night plus tourist tax, I’d expected a bit more, but everything went well.

The staff’s local knowledge made exploring Menorca so much better. Once we talked through places to go and their recommendations, we had a much better sense of where to visit. It was also reassuring to be able to reach them on WhatsApp with questions or any issues. The location is incredibly central, and the rooms were fantastic. Breakfast was great too, with fresh pastries and lots of prepared options. Thanks for a great stay!

I stayed for eight nights. The room was clean, the location was perfect, and the people running the place responded quickly whenever needed. I’m planning to come back later this year and will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so welcoming and attentive. This brand new hotel is a real gem in the heart of Ciutadella, with everything clean and nicely finished down to the details. Definitely recommend it!
