Hotel S'Esparteria

The apartment worked really well for our family of four adults. It had one room with a queen bed, plus a single bed with a pull-out trundle in the main living area, along with a kitchen and bathroom. There was a cooktop, full-size fridge, washing machine, and a cute little balcony with a washing line. The rooftop was another nice outdoor space, though we only used it once because it was a bit hot while we were there. The location was perfect, close to the Port, main Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were modern and super clean, and made up daily. Service was excellent, with attentive staff. Special shout-out to Ona, who was incredibly helpful with places to eat and drink and answered our questions. We loved our stay.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, with good recommendations during our short island getaway. We’d never visited before, and found this incredible little hotel’s room beautiful and very functional. Highly recommend.

We loved having coffee on the terrace in the morning, and the patio felt safe enough with a toddler. It had a secure door, big locking shutters, and tall walls. Inside, the room was hyper clean, sturdy, and nicely decorated in calming colours. Nothing felt flimsy, everything worked well, and the temperature control and minibar selection were good. The hotel is steps from Ciutadella’s historic centre, so you can walk straight into the middle of everything. It’s also near a main road, which made parking easy compared with trying to park deeper in the old town. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and went above and beyond. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return.
