It was so quiet here, I only heard one car go by, and I found it very relaxing. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great beds and good showers. The staff were really friendly, too. Nice place, good for a proper rest, and the price was about the same as in Ireland.

Dinner was delicious, and at 27E per person it included wine. The staff were warm and helpful, and the bathroom had a really good hot shower. I loved the sitting areas and the outdoor space, too. The hotel is a beautifully renovated historic house, with lovely beams, thick stone walls, spotless rooms, and divine views. My favourite place on the Camino so far. Highly recommended!

We were walking the Camino de Santiago and were so glad we chose to stay here. Joseph was a wonderful host, and the building has character and charm everywhere you look. A superb hotel and a really lovely stay.

The homemade croissants at breakfast were so good, and I'm French, so I know my croissants! Dinner was delicious too. Our one-night stay in this charming hotel left us wishing we could have stayed longer. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service. Everything inside was clean and lovely, and the hotel sits in a quiet hamlet with beautiful views. Thank you!

You need to book a room to stay here, as they don't take walk-in visitors. We booked, and I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Joseph's service was outstanding, the food was incredible, and every part of Hotel Akerreta was top notch. We even got to stay in Martin Sheen’s room. Amazing place!
