The food was cold every evening and often had the wrong labels, which is a serious worry for anyone with allergies. The dishes and cutlery weren't properly clean either. Our room was a long walk from the main hotel, and that wasn't made clear in the booking details. The room and service were disappointing all around. The Wi-Fi didn't work, sockets were loose and unsafe, the peeling lampshade had a flickering light, and the bathroom was mouldy and poorly maintained. Even the replacement towels and bedding were still dirty. The combination of food, cleanliness and maintenance problems made this a very negative stay. I wouldn't recommend the hotel or come back.

The reps were amazing, but the hotel staff were useless, uncaring and unapologetic. They basically told us to suck it up and stop complaining. One staff member said, “well she has paid for a room so there isn’t anything we can do”! We were staying below a woman who was abusive, aggressive and, frankly, very erratic. For hours, into the early morning, she threatened and insulted us while moving furniture around her room. The hotel did nothing and told us to call the police because it wasn't their job. We later learned from TUI that it was. Staff claimed management had stepped in when they hadn't, then left the whole matter to TUI. They also said October tends to attract customers with a more, let's say, rule-breaking kind of lifestyle, though it was clear there was more prejudice and discrimination behind the remark.

Housekeeping stole 700 Euros from each of our passport bags, my friend's and mine. The staff did nothing. If you're thinking of staying here, absolutely stay away.

The choice of pools was fantastic, and being so close to the beach was great. It's a nice apartment, the cleaners came every day, and we had a lovely stay in Menorca. I'd recommend these apartments. The kitchen could use a few extras, like a drainer for pots. The one bad experience came when my little girl cut her eyebrow badly in the shower and needed first aid. The reception staff mostly just looked at me without saying much, then handed over antiseptic spray, scissors and a bandage without explaining what I should do. It took ages to get those things, and they weren't much help. For a hotel of that size, there should be a few more supplies for emergencies. Luckily I found what I needed at the pharmacy. I know staff may not be trained, and as a nurse I wasn't expecting them to treat her, but having nothing to put pressure on a wound was not good.
