The reception gentleman was so helpful when we arrived, and the next day he checked that everything was all right, asked if I needed anything, and offered a shower chair. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d booked assisted travel and requested a walk in shower because of mobility issues, and we got a ground floor room with the wet room we’d asked for. It was a lovely room with everything we needed, and housekeeping came every day. The terrace had two loungers, a little table, two chairs, and three steps down to the pool. There was also a ramp with a rail for getting in and out of the pool. The two large wardrobes gave us plenty of storage. The kitchen area was small but enough for cooking if needed. The fridge was a good size, with a small freezer compartment at the top, where we just kept a bag of ice. I’ll definitely come back sometime.

The buffet was fabulous when we stayed on a bed and breakfast basis in late September. Our family of seven ranged from 3 to 64, and it worked well for everyone. The evening entertainment was okay, although the open air stage meant they moved to the bar if it rained, and not every act could fit there. Everything was very clean, and the staff were polite, professional, and helpful.

There was entertainment throughout the day and evening, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good with plenty to choose from, including nice meals at the pool bar. It’s a lovely hotel for small children, with pools that are all child friendly and not too deep. We had a lovely holiday and would highly recommend it.

The buffet restaurant was amazing, with the choices changing every night, and our room, 4116, was spotless. The maid service was excellent, and Raymond from the animation team deserves a special mention. The hotel sits in beautiful surroundings and is well placed for a stroll to both the harbour and the beach, about 10 minutes away. Ciutadella is a stunning place and well worth visiting. It’s a half hour bus ride away, costs €2.05, and the bus stops right outside the hotel, which is really handy.
