The apartment was charming and thoughtfully arranged, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Maite made sure we felt at ease in the complex, that the amenities were easy to get to, and that everything was just right. We were delighted with the service from start to finish.

The decor was simple, with IKEA furniture, but still quite pleasant. It was very noisy because the apartment was right by a door into another part of the building. The place wasn't especially clean, and the dirty sheets and coffee maker were the worst: it still had the previous guests' grounds in it and was moldy. The living room sofa bed was badly worn. A cupboard by the kitchen for the ironing board, bucket, mop, and broom would be a useful addition.
