8/10
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The decor must have been grand when the hotel first opened, though it feels a little dated now. Breakfast was plentiful, but it was disappointing that they didn't open the restaurant for guests. Still, it was great for a one-night stay.

Buses to Madrid stop very nearby, and breakfast was really good. The staff were 11/10. We had a very good experience overall.

The breakfast buffet and parking were both affordable and good value. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a night's sleep. One heads-up: Expedia lists an indoor pool, but the hotel doesn't have a pool at all, so there's no need to pack a swimsuit. We'll definitely stay again when we want to avoid Madrid traffic.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel is in perfect condition. I highly recommend it.

10/10
Good value for money, though the hotel isn't fancy. The receptionist and bartenders were very nice, and the simple room was clean with a good shower. The bathroom had a nice design, but some hooks for towels and clothes would have made it nicer. Breakfast was fine.
