10/10
The location is superb, just across from Sagrada, with a supermarket around the corner and cafes, KFC, McDonald’s, and more nearby. They offer free luggage storage, the staff were nice, and the apartment was very nice. I'd stay here again if I return to Barcelona.

8/10
This apartment is close to Sagrada Familia, with cafeterias, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby if you don't feel like cooking. It's good enough for a two- or three-day vacation. During our stay it rained all day and night. There were people living on the streets in front of the Dia supermarket, using drugs in broad daylight, and I heard shouting and fighting at night. Of course, that's not the apartment's fault.

10/10
The staff were welcoming, especially at reception, and the place was clean, nicely equipped, and close to everything in Barcelona. The car park was decent. I still recommend it, though the windows are old and need care: mine wouldn't close, which could be dangerous. Also, despite what the booking images show, the view isn't of Sagarda Familia.

We left our belongings behind after checkout, then came back to collect them. Staff refused to return them and spoke to us very impolitely. It was a deeply disappointing experience, and we strongly don't recommend staying here.

Everything went smoothly, without a single issue. The hotel was good, the beds were excellent, and cleanliness was at a very high level. Highly recommended.
