We felt right at home for those three days. They treated us like family, and they're such lovely people. The room and facilities were excellent, and the lunches were spectacular, with a great menu to pick from. Thanks so much for all your hard work. We'll be back next year.

The shared kitchen is very well equipped, and you can get breakfast, lunch, or dinner there for a reasonable price. The restaurant menu has options for all tastes too, and the waiters are always friendly and ready to help. It's a comfortable place to spend a few days, with easy access to lots of places for adventure sports. The bathroom may be its weakest point.

We had a very pleasant lunch here and will be back. The set menu came with coffee and a glass of wine, and the service was friendly and professional. The house wine was perfectly acceptable, and we enjoyed the chiretas (small sausages), asparagus, churrasco (grilled steak), and grilled chicken. Dessert was braided pastry and almond Russian cake. Great value for money.

We won't be returning to Casa Capellan. The house and rooms were okay, but the service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived and said we had a reservation, the woman who greeted us, who spoke a foreign language, replied, "Here?" in an unpleasant tone. We asked about gluten-free bread for breakfast, and she sent us to the campsite because she didn't have any. Unable to find gluten-free bread, we decided to have something on a plate at the accommodation. When we went down to the restaurant for breakfast, she angrily and rudely told us from across the room, in front of the other guests, that we hadn't made a reservation, even though we were staying there. We went to the bar across the street, Mesón de Colungo, instead. They had gluten-free options, and both the food and service were spectacular.

We had the set menu on a holiday at the restaurant's terrace, which was warmed by butane heaters. For €18, it included a wide choice of dishes, plus dessert, bread, wine, and a shot. The food was home-style and affordable. In Alquézar, they charge €31 without drinks.
