The owner made us feel so welcome, and the spacious dining area and fantastic kitchen were a real plus. We had a wonderful weekend here. The hotel has been freshly renovated and was spotlessly clean, with thoughtful interior design that showed real care in every choice. The rooftop terrace, with its breathtaking sea views, was a highlight. We’d happily come back.

Rafa and Ninet were lovely hosts, and the room was extremely well equipped. La Tienda Nueva is right in the centre of Competa, but far enough from the main square to stay quiet. The communal kitchen has everything you need, and both the rooms and shared spaces were spotless. I can’t recommend it enough.

The owner helped us find nice restaurants and trails, and there are great restaurants and attractions very close by in this cute village. The hostel is well looked after, with a spotless community kitchen. Our room was nicely laid out and had all the necessary amenities. It feels like a loft that’s been converted into a hotel. The host was prompt and helpful from the moment we arrived. I’d definitely come back.

Rafa was so kind and helpful, and the stay was really enjoyable. The room, kitchen, and rest of the property were clean and up to date. It’s a peaceful little town, a nice place to relax and spend time with family. I’d recommend it.

We stayed one night while hiking nearby and were really pleased with the place. The bedroom was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. There’s a clean, bright dining area and excellent kitchen facilities, including shared fridges and cooking equipment. The building has been beautifully restored while keeping many original features, and the whole place feels spacious and welcoming. We hope to stay again next time we’re in Competa.
