The front desk staff were pretty poor, though the views and the easy access to trails made that easy to overlook. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a Scandinavian look. It feels like the place is still trying to figure out its identity, but it wouldn't take much to make it a high-end spa retreat.

We had four nights here and could happily have stayed longer. The hiking nearby was great, and they were great with our dog. Our room was spacious, and the food, spa, and views were all amazing. What's not to love?

They took 150 euro from my bank account after I accidentally booked a stay, realized the resort was hundreds of miles away, and canceled the room right away. I even got an email saying I wouldn't be charged, but they charged me anyway. This feels ridiculously fraudulent, and I'll be disputing it with Visa as soon as I'm back in the US. Stay away, especially if you're foreign. This resort is a total scam. Don't give them your credit card details over the internet. They charged my card without my consent.

A badly installed gazebo collapsed on top of us and nearly injured us. Management didn't apologize afterward. Message me if you'd like to see the video.
