We work in 5* hotels and know the hospitality business, so we were surprised to find the best holiday spot we could imagine. For a 1* pension, the room’s cleanliness, thoughtful details, amenities and bed made every morning all exceeded our expectations. The standard is simply HIGH STANDARD. But what made the stay feel so authentic was the family owners’ heart and passion. They took the time to point us to great corners and tapas spots, and we trusted their tips and left so happy. They welcomed us and said goodbye with so much care and attention. Great job, HOSTAL COSTA DE LA LUZ family! Keep sharing that passion and love, they’re ingredients for success in life. Congratulations! Valentina & Paul. RECOMMENDED 1000%!

The location is excellent, and the room for two was great. It was quite small, but the king size bed was very neat and clean. Highly recommended.

Laura was fantastic and suggested restaurants and places to eat. The place felt warm and welcoming, with a real homey feel, and the cleanliness was excellent. We’d definitely go back.

Laura at reception really made the stay. She was warm, easy to talk to, and took great care of us. We spent two nights in a comfortable, recently renovated room with everything we needed, and the hostel is in a handy spot for the price. There’s free street parking nearby if you get lucky. Housekeeping cleaned and changed the towels, though the bed wasn’t made. Otherwise, everything was spot on. Ten out of ten, and we’ll be back.
