Hostal La Conilena

The beach is a good distance away, and otherwise everything was fine. The rooms are comfortable and very nice, but the soundproofing is poor, which was a big drawback. Also, even after we asked twice and put up a sign saying not to clean the room, they cleaned it anyway.

Ana gave us wonderful service, and the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location makes it easy to walk to everything. I’d happily come back to Conil and this hostel.

The owner was very attentive and helpful, even letting us in when we arrived later than planned. When she couldn’t enter to clean because we were asleep, she left paper towels and a trash bag by the door. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a nice street view, plus a wardrobe, safe, and handy little fridge. The bathroom was a bit small. It’s in a quiet area close to the beach, town centre, and nearby supermarkets, and parking around there is easy. A great choice for a few days in Conil.

My only small gripe was that you could hear quite a bit of noise from other rooms at certain times. It probably depends on the day and season. The staff were lovely, and let us into our room early since it was ready. Clean place, good service, and comfortable beds. I’d recommend it.
