The location is awesome, and most rooms have some kind of sea view. The hotel is cool, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially with our two kids. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style with plenty of food, though nothing special. I'm also pretty sure some dishes were labeled wrong. The Edam cheese, for example, was more like very buttery butter cheese, not real Edam. We had quite a few problems. The advertised game room was completely closed, and the kids' room was shut on the second day with nobody able to tell us why. It only reopened the next day after several other parents complained. The fitness room had no mats. We had two single beds even though I'd called beforehand to ask about a double and was told it wouldn't be a problem. We had to change rooms during the holiday, and I went to the new room myself three times with our two babies, taking photos to prove there was no double bed there either. Sascha eventually took responsibility and got things sorted, but we lost a day and some nerves. They gave us a free dinner to make up for it, then tried to charge for drinks that were supposed to be free. So things aren't perfect, but staff are willing to help resolve problems if you keep pushing. Special thanks again to Sascha at reception.

Breakfast was a real treat, with lots of choice and great quality: fresh fruit, smoothies, omelets, pancakes, and delicious bread. The pools were lovely, with plenty of sunbeds, and even though the resort is large, it had a relaxed, cozy feel. We also enjoyed the live music on Monday evening, and there were always enough staff around. From the welcome drink to being shown to our room, everything was thoughtfully arranged. Everyone we met was friendly, professional, and attentive, and we felt at home. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

I had a really comfortable bed and pillows, and the room was spacious and spotless. There was plenty of free parking right beside the hotel, too. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by nature, with direct access to wide, wild beaches. It's only a short walk to Conil, so you get both peace and convenience. There are three outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a spa, lovely gardens, and activities for all ages. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and breakfast was quite OK. I was only there for one night this past weekend, but it was one of my best stays in years. A solid 10 out of 10, highly recommended!

The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. My only criticism is how confusing it was to find places like the spa and gym because the signs are poor. The room was clean and tidy.

The grounds are really nice, and it's only a 5-10 minute walk to a lovely long sandy beach. The village, with its shops and bars, is about 10 minutes away on foot, as is a cash-and-carry type supermarket. There's not much else nearby, though, and I couldn't get any English channels on the TV. The hotel was very clean, with lovely, tasteful room decor. The bed was massive, fairly firm but comfortable, and the maids came every day and changed the towels. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style with plenty of choice.
