We felt cheated, and when we raised it, the owner laughed at us, saying the photos had been uploaded. They offered no solution. In fact, those were just three pictures of the bathroom and headboard. The room we were given was a ground-floor apartment at street level, much smaller than the main photos suggested and with no natural light. None of the listing pictures showed this substantial difference. The owner said it was normal to use general accommodation photos, as some hotels do, but there was nothing showing the room we actually got. The accommodation doesn’t match the images in the booking confirmation. I don’t think the description or photos represent it accurately. The owner insisted the relevant pictures were there, but they only showed details and left out important aspects of the apartment.

The Booking.com photos didn’t show the ground-floor window, and what we got didn’t match the listing. It feels like a bit of a rip-off. They should at least be clear about what you’re booking.

The service and attention from the apartment managers were especially good. The place is cozy and practical, right in the center with everything easy to reach. There’s a grocery store next door and pubs nearby. Fantastic apartment, congratulations! We’ll definitely come back. Highly recommend it.

Very clean, and I’d definitely recommend it. The location is great. You do hear quite a bit of street noise, though, since the windows don’t block it completely.
