The air-conditioning didn't work as it should. Switching it to cool made the heater come on instead, and the hotel said the system was centrally controlled, so none of the rooms could get cool and comfortable. Opening the door to the terrace was no better. Guests below talked loudly, and their cigarette smoke came into my room. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in Spain. I'll never stay here again.

The staff were the best, so friendly and helpful, and the customer service was superb. The hotel was clean, quiet, safe, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I absolutely loved staying here. Its phenomenal location made my Córdoba experience much more memorable, and the price was great too. 10/10, highly recommend.

Clean, spacious room, and useful amenities, even bedroom slippers, which you don't often get in Europe. The front desk and restaurant staff were warm and kind. A wonderful experience.

For the short stop we needed, it worked really well and was close enough to the station. I was very happy there was a bath. We were a little disappointed that there weren't tea and coffee facilities.

The breakfast had loads of options, and I really wanted to try the cake, but one slice was too big for me. The hotel feels very modern and is under a 15-minute walk from the train station.
