Casa Cornudella - Studio

The house is spacious, bright, well equipped, and has magnificent views of Montsant. The owner also gave us restaurant recommendations for the area, which we appreciated. We'd certainly come back if they improve a few things. Cleaning was only fair: we had to sweep up what previous guests had left in the dining room. There's a neglected patio at the back that would have been lovely to use, and details like the bathroom lighting, window frames, and upper roof need more careful maintenance. Thank you!

Heating worked well, and there's free street parking across the road. The place sleeps six, with two extra mattresses. Remember to bring your own soap and kitchen roll.

The apartment, village, and landlady were all very pleasant, and it looked lovely. But some basics were missing, including tea towels or napkins, and there was no mosquito net or other insect treatment. We came home covered in bites from some kind of flea as well as mosquitoes. We had to thoroughly wash all the clothes we'd worn during those two days to stop getting bitten. It's a shame, as these seem like important details to address.

The house is designed for a large group and is very well equipped. It has its own garage, but that costs extra, so cars have to be left on the street, making access difficult. The duvet was full of hair and clearly isn't cleaned regularly. No garbage bags were provided for the four usual bins. I can't judge value for money because the stay was a gift. It was postponed twice without any problems, though when we left, the owners hadn't updated the reservation and we had to make a phone call.
