We booked through Booking.com for the Cortes Fair long weekend at the price listed online. About half an hour later, the owner called and asked me to cancel, saying renovations were planned for those dates, which seems highly unlikely. The days just before and after are still available on the website. I think she cancelled because she realized our dates fell during the fair and could rent the place for much more. I'll be there those days and will be able to see for myself. Be very careful when booking.

The landlady lives nearby and is friendly if anything comes up. The house has three floors and feels rather narrow, with a staircase that's narrow and somewhat dangerous. The bedrooms are spacious enough for six people. Still, it's not very suitable for anyone with reduced mobility or a stroller, and the place felt a bit stuffy, as if it had been closed up for a long time.

I wouldn't recommend this place for a trip with young children or an elderly person. We were with an elderly person, and the stairs caused a problem. After I posted my comment, Ms. Rosario called to complain about it and was very rude. For not accepting reality, I'm lowering my rating.

Rosario, thanks so much for making our stay such a treat. The quality and price were excellent đź‘Ś The house is spacious, beautiful, welcoming, and very well equipped. Everything was really clean, and the place felt peaceful and tranquil. It was a wonderful stay.

Quiet and right in the center, this cozy little house had everything we needed and was very well equipped. Parking nearby was easy. The owner was a wonderful host and gave us all the help and information we needed.
