Ohtels Mazagón

Our terrace had a nice view, and you can ask for picnic boxes in place of buffet breakfast if you need to leave early. Parking costs 6 euros per day, though free parking is available outside. This is a nice hotel for kids, especially with the beach close by and an aqua park where they can spend plenty of time. Most guests seem to be on all-inclusive packages. The food was typical Spanish fare. There was a fairly big selection at breakfast and dinner, but the quality was very average and I didn’t find it tasty.

The room shower wasn’t working properly, and breakfast and dinner were pretty crowded. That’s why I’m not giving five stars, though we still had a great week. The staff were super friendly and fun, with pool activities for adults and kids every day. Music plays loudly by the main pool all day, but we didn’t mind, and there was always something on at night, like live acts or magic shows. If you want a quiet break, this probably isn’t the place unless you’re at the beach. For busy, fun mornings, afternoons, and evenings, it fits the bill.

Thanks for a lovely week. The public areas were spotless, and the staff were attentive throughout. Breakfast had a good selection, and the buffet restaurant was very good, especially the meat and fish from the grill and the salad bar.

The pool was the part I enjoyed most, I could have spent all day there. Our apartment was very good, and the staff were really helpful. The entertainment team kept me laughing and brought loads of energy. I really liked my stay. See you guys next year!
