The place was otherwise fine, but over our seven days we kept finding cockroaches in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom. We also had to ask the cleaning service to clean the moldy air conditioner. They left us a detergent tablet, which was a relief. Every room needs air conditioning, or at least better fans.

The views are gorgeous, and the location is hard to beat. Everything we needed was there, and the place had been fully renovated with modern comforts. I'd definitely recommend it.

The location was the one real plus. We had an upstairs apartment, though, and getting to it meant taking a huge detour. A walkway linking the lower and upper apartments would make a lot more sense. I wouldn't recommend this place. We were five people sharing one bathroom, which was a problem, and towels weren't included. For €3, a set had just one large and one small towel, with no hand or foot towels, so we'd have had to buy another set. The apartment itself wasn't bad, but the whole experience was a disgrace. The parking situation was another headache. We had two cars and were told the space would fit both, but only one could fit, so we left the other outside. And nobody told us about the €250 deposit. We paid €262, making the deposit almost the whole amount. They said the charge was listed on Booking.com but wouldn't show me where, and the document we signed only said “a deposit,” with no €250 amount. Completely unprofessional. We barely used the apartment, and I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to spend much time there. There are better places nearby, I'm sure with better service and without a deposit that eats up almost the full payment.

The beach is lovely and the setting is beautiful, but the apartment we got was only so-so and needs a lot of upkeep.
