The meal at Hotel Mirasierra was a real highlight. Lunch in the dining room was good, and dinner on the terrace was a 10 out of 10. The food was high quality with generous portions, and the service was excellent. The apartment was spotless, and the staff who helped us were warm, helpful, and quick to answer questions. It’s also handy for hiking, with wide mountain views and a supermarket just 20 meters away that has everything you need.

The terrace was a lovely spot, with a table, chairs, and countryside views. We even saw a wild boar right outside the door at night. Everything was very clean, and even in the cold we were comfortable with the heating set to 21 degrees Celsius. The Borosa River Trail starts about 15 minutes away, and Cazorla is roughly an hour’s drive. Getting the key at Hotel Mirasierra was easy since it’s about 2 km before the village and right on the way. The receptionist was incredibly friendly. The apartment is at the edge of the village beside a big open area at the foot of the mountain, with parking just outside. It’s great with dogs, and there’s a supermarket on the street behind it plus several bars. Inside, there’s a living room with a small kitchenette that’s enough for a few days, including a fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, and washing machine. The pans were quite dirty, though. The bedrooms and bathroom were perfect. The place was fantastic and much better than the photos. We loved it and will be back.
