We ended up here for breakfast after the place at the port was full, and I'm really glad we did. The view isn't much, but the food and service were first rate. I've never seen bathrooms in Spain kept so clean.

We stayed two nights in this lovely little hotel in the charming town of Cudillero. The staff were really helpful and first rate. Don't miss the breakfast crepes and yogurt. Leaving was the hard part.

The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was great, with eggs, bacon, pastries, orange juice, and more. The staff were SO friendly, especially Maria, whom we loved. Everything in town is fairly close, so the location worked well. Just be aware that the reception is up a flight of stairs. We parked for free at the port, about a five-minute walk away. If you're driving, one person can unload the suitcases first while the other parks. Use the farthest lot, since the closer one is for residents and parking there could get you fined. We'll be back!

Breakfast alone makes this place worth a stop: the homemade yogurt, crepes with marmalade, eggs, and the best bacon, croissants, and pound cake we've had in Spain. We stayed in a cozy room in this charming stone building tucked into the tiny harbor. The bathroom has been updated, and the staff were keen to look after us. There is also a locked, street-level room for bikes.
