The staff are very friendly, and I feel their skills would be better served somewhere else. They deserve better than this hotel. The food was abysmal, with no variety, and the scrambled eggs, when they were there, were strangely gray. My only complaints are about the rooms, but the one we had was atrocious. The bed leg collapsed numerous times during the night, and washing clothes by hand was especially difficult. There were astounding numbers of flies in and around the place, so don't open your windows. There's just one soap dispenser in the shower, and I'm not sure whether it has hand soap or multipurpose wash. It looks and smells like the soap used in airport terminal hand dispensers. The toilet paper looks like napkins and comes from a dispenser instead of a regular roll.

The restaurant is very good, and breakfast is served in a room on the 7th floor with a great view of Cuenca. The rooms are very good too, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. It isn't a shower, though, and the bathroom door doesn't lock. There's a TV with Netflix YouTube and the TV.

The rooftop restaurant was excellent, and so was the cooked breakfast. It's a basic 3 star hotel right in the city centre, with spacious rooms at a reasonable cost and quiet surroundings. The room was OK, though there's no lounge area. Cuenca is notably dry because it's close to Madrid, but it was cold in November!

The hotel faces a park, and shops and restaurants are less than a 5 min walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. You can get reduced price parking at a local car park through the hotel, but you need to get a ticket from the front desk first. It's awkward to reach because of all the one way streets, though the car park itself is good.

The rooms and bathrooms are big, and the views from the hotel restaurant are great. The location is perfect, right between the Historic centre and the modern centre. There's a shopping street next to the hotel, plus another street with restaurants where you can have some wines.
