The unit is very nice, but checking in was really difficult. There was no employee on site, so I had to call, and the staff didn’t speak English. I also couldn’t control the heat. It was set to come on automatically around midnight for only a few hours, with no daytime heating even when it got cold.

Laura was lovely and arranged an early check-in when we asked. We enjoyed being beside the Huecar River, hearing the flowing water and ducks. The street behind our balcony was a little busy, though. It’s quite close to the old town, but getting there involves plenty of hills and stairs.

The apartment is well equipped and generally comfortable and quiet. One drawback is that you can hear the bathtub in your room if there are neighbors. The people upstairs have children, too. Sunday and Monday are holidays.

We had a great weekend here, four adults in all, and the location right by the river was fantastic. Nights were very quiet even with people out on the street. Just be ready for the climb up to the old town, haha, our legs were sore! I’d definitely recommend this place.
