We had a great stay. We happened to be there during a festival and could watch the parade outside, while the well-sealed windows kept out the noise from the festivities that continued afterward. The room was very spacious, and the location was good.

The timing and location were just right for us. We loved the house’s colors and decor, and everything felt perfect.

A lovely little hotel, just a short distance from downtown Cuenca.

The owners weren’t available and didn’t seem interested in helping with the problems. On top of that, the bathroom smelled bad, the towels were dirty, and the nighttime noise made it hard to sleep. I was disappointed from the start. It was an unpleasant stay that didn’t meet expectations, and I wouldn’t go back or recommend it.

A charming, beautiful place in Cuenca, with standout service. It’s well placed for seeing the city’s attractions and for finding somewhere to eat or have a drink.
