The staff made us feel at home. Every day they remembered our names, smiled, and made us feel special. The rooms are gorgeous and antique, with a very Spaniard style. We made incredible friends here and want to stay every time we return to Cuenca. You can walk absolutely everywhere, and this city is so amazing. I've never seen a place like it. Best hotel stay I've ever had, 10/10 recommend.

The front rooms on the lower level face a narrow street, and the cars and buses passing there made it really noisy. After sitting in the bath following a long day, it drove me nuts, so we asked to switch rooms. The staff were super kind about it, and the new room was quiet and beautiful too. We're grateful to them. It's a very nice hotel, with beautiful rooms, a decent price, and a GREAT location.

I enjoyed waking up to the nice views from my corner room. I'm not sure I'd call it a 4* hotel, but the character, location, cleanliness and staff make it worth the price. Recommend it.

We stayed for a day and had no problems at all. The staff were great, and the room was cozy and spacious. A refrigerator was really important for us, and the bathroom was large enough, with towels and slippers. You can ask the administrator for any extra dishes you need, at any time of day. The hotel is open 24 hours.

Cuenca is a "hidden" gem, like a mini-Toledo but not as crowded. The hotel is in a historic building that used to be a convent, with clean, modern rooms that still keep their historic character. Some rooms have views, while others may not. Staff are friendly, and North Americans will love this historic and mysterious place. Great location.
