Ana and Mercedes, the two sisters who run this small hotel, were lovely and incredibly quick to respond whenever I needed anything. It's an older building, so you may hear noise depending on who's on your floor, though the hotel was very clean and in a great location. I hadn't realized there was no AC. My room faced away from the street, which made it quiet, but it was a bit dark. The bathroom and desk area sit one step above the main room floor, so watch your footing at night to avoid tripping.

After a cold day, the hot shower was just right, and they even found a safe place for my bicycle. The room was clean, with lovely colors and style. Such a warm welcome, too. The two women who run the hotel clearly put care and energy into it.

Mercedes greeted us so kindly, especially after we'd been in a car crash. The hotel was very clean and in a great spot for getting around. Our room at the back was a little dark, and the shower could use an update.

We really appreciated how the staff helped us figure out our travel plans for the next day. For the price, especially with a larger group, it compares well with a hostel. The basics are covered, and the WiFi was a nice bonus, with a good fast connection. Just don't expect fancy amenities.

The bed may have been the most comfortable one I've ever slept in. The staff were lovely, and the hotel is well located. For such an incredible price, it's a great place to stay. Highly recommend it!
