Maria was extremely rude. The apartment was damp and dirty, nothing like the photos or description. The hostess didn't respond to the problems during my stay, and when she finally replied, she was rude and defiant. She'd left a yogurt in the fridge as a "gift," then scolded me for eating it. Pathetic.

I stayed there a week ago. The apartment had awful music playing, and I couldn't sleep. I reported it, but they took no responsibility and offered no compensation. I spent one night in the hospital and another in bed with a fever. When I asked for clean sheets, they wanted to charge me 15 euros to change them. After I raised the issue through the booking platform, they accused me of ransacking the fridge like a vandal, just because I'd eaten a yogurt and four complimentary herbal teas. The whole stay was a disaster, and the woman was incredibly rude.

There was damp everywhere and huge cracks in the apartment, which was disgusting and nothing like the listing. They only told us about it after we were already inside. We showed proof and explained that the condition wasn't normal and didn't match the photos, but they offered neither a fix nor compensation. Their tone was inappropriate and disrespectful. I wouldn't stay there again or recommend it. A disgrace.

The host made us feel at home straight away, always friendly, attentive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The apartment was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Thank you so much!

We spent a few days in Cuenca as a family and were very comfortable in the apartment. It was welcoming, well looked after and clean, with a central location. We were very happy with our stay.
