We went to the pharmacy at Plaça Constitució, 7, 46400 Cullera, Valencia, Spain after this one refused to help. My mom asked for Lyrica for her thyroid, and they told her she needed a prescription. The other pharmacy had no issue with it. Be careful if you need medication and this place tells you no.

We tried another nearby pharmacy and got the same response about a very common, well-known medication. At this one, we went to collect a prescription from our family doctor that was recorded electronically on our Madrid Community health card. We suspect they refused to sell it because we weren't from the Valencian Community. They first said they had it, then said they didn't, which seemed very suspicious.

They were very friendly and gave excellent service, including useful information and advice about treatments. Don't hesitate to ask them.

I asked for a contact lens product, and the person helping me didn't even know that kind of product. Instead of just saying the pharmacy didn't stock it, they told me it was no longer made, which isn't true. I found it at another pharmacy that same week. The service keeps getting worse and is now terrible. Since there apparently aren't any other pharmacies within a kilometer, that must be why people keep going there. Who knows what they'll come up with next year!
