These apartments feel peaceful and comfortable, like home, and the beaches aren't far away. From the terraces, you get spectacular views over Cullera Bay and the mountains. We especially loved the private pool at the house. It's so quiet that it feels like a real mental break. The customer service is unbeatable. We'll be back next summer.

When we arrived, the blinds wouldn't go up or down, several bulbs were burnt out, and water was leaking into the living room because the shower upstairs was overflowing. The pool area was almost completely dark. The freezer was off when we got there, and kept switching itself off after we turned it on. All the ice we put inside melted, and the kitchen kept flooding. The owner was nowhere to be seen. We could only reach the woman who answers the guest services phone, and she was the only employee who did anything worthwhile, managing to sort out some of the problems. The maintenance team was no help. They came Sunday morning to "fix" the leak, but only pulled hair out of the shower drain. Later, when a friend showered, the living room was leaking again. We had agreed with the owner that we'd leave Sunday at 3:00 PM. At 11:30 PM on Saturday, her only suggestion was to move us to another apartment, which we declined because we had only a few hours left. When we said we wouldn't leave a good review, she decided we had to be out by noon Sunday. We still left at the time we'd originally agreed. We won't be coming back to these apartments.

It was a memorable place to relax, with friendly and excellent staff who were always attentive. The apartment sits high in the mountains, looking out over Cullera Bay, and has a private pool on the terrace. A great spot to enjoy the views and unwind.

I visited in November and found the house spotless. The staff were the best, and the hostess was attentive the whole time. It's a beautiful place to switch off, with a private terrace and pool, plus spectacular views. Ten out of ten for me.
