Hotel SantaMarta

The hotel itself was okay, but I paid over €4,000 expecting a relaxing four-star stay and came away feeling humiliated and stressed. A bartender behaved rudely and disrespectfully toward my family and me in public, which left us very upset. At reception, I was left waiting for more than five minutes while staff chatted in the back and another person stared at a computer. Nobody else was being helped, and still there was no greeting or professional response, just indifference. There were other problems too, but the team's defensive, dismissive manner made me decide not to raise them during the visit. I didn't want to spoil the whole stay or deal with more hostility. When I later made a formal complaint, the reply was a generic denial. There was no apology, accountability, or real attempt to address what had happened. For the price, I expected respectful, professional service. Instead, the experience felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Management clearly falls short on hospitality, and I strongly advise people who expect basic respect and dignity to stay elsewhere.

We had a room with a balcony facing the Mediterranean, and the view was superb. The room and bathroom were both spacious, and the pool was excellent. The hotel is in the best part of the beach, Raco, and everything seemed very well organized and worked smoothly. With half board, you won't need anything extra. Very professional.

We were really looking forward to another visit, since we'd stayed here before and loved it. But my 82-year-old mother fell and hurt herself, so we had to cancel. The hotel kindly let us cancel at the last minute without a fee. I don't know many hotels that would do that. Impresionante!!! Muchísimas Gracias Hotel SantaMarta!!! We'll definitely return.

They gave us a room on the 12th floor when we asked for a sea view, and the view was stunning. The balcony was huge, with plenty of room to sit and have a drink. I was really impressed by how much attention they give their customers. Dinner at the buffet was average, nothing special, while breakfast was a little better.
