Protur Naisa Palma Hotel

I left my wallet in the room and only realized at the airport. When I called, the reception team arranged a taxi and got it safely to me in a nice envelope within 20 minutes. Their last-minute help saved me a lot of hassle, and I'm especially grateful to them. The reception staff were helpful from the moment I arrived. We found free street parking, and the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from coffee shops and restaurants near the city center. The open buffet breakfast was great at just 14€. The gym, spa, and pool were decent in size for a city-focused holiday. I'd definitely recommend the hotel and hope to visit again in summer.

The staff were a lovely balance of attentive and friendly without going over the top. Breakfast had a wonderful range of hot and cold food, and the free drink at the bar and at the nearby shopping centre, with its panoramic views, was a really nice touch. Everything was within walking distance, and the rooms were clean and quiet. I didn't spend much time on the rooftop in November, but the pool up there was heated. The other pool was small and on the cold side, though refreshing to use between the sauna and steam room. The gym was small, with two of each machine, but it also had free weights and was good enough for me. The facilities were excellent overall, and I'd definitely stay again.

It was easy to get to shops, cafes, and restaurants, and the secure on-site parking was a huge bonus. Lorenc at reception was especially helpful, explaining everything clearly, and all the staff were so kind. The breakfast had an outstanding choice and quality. My room was clean, well looked after, and very quiet. A fabulous hotel, and I'd love to stay again.

The breakfast setup could use a bit of work: there are often too few cups, and with only one coffee machine for the whole hotel, there can be a queue for coffee and tea. Check-in can also take a while when several people are ahead of you. Still, this is our second stay and we found the hotel lovely again. This year our room faced the street and had a nice view, which was a big improvement on last year's rather sad view of the backyard. The staff are very nice and the amenities are good. It's a great place to stay in Palma, and we'll be back!
