It was easy to find sun loungers whenever we wanted, even visiting in mid-July, and the pool wasn't too busy. Staff were friendly and accommodating: we arrived three hours before check-in, and they let us use our room because it was already clean. They also changed a €20 note into smaller bills for the local bus, which only accepts up to €10 notes. When music by the pool got loud, staff shut it down quickly. The location is close to the beach and near a party strip, so check whether that suits you. The hotel was lovely overall, with a decent pool. A 500 ml beer cost €4.20 at the bar, not cheap, but fair for a poolside hotel bar. I was disappointed that the safe costs €3.50 per day and towels are €10 deposit plus €2 per day. The deposit seems fair, but charging for extra towel use feels like money-grabbing at a four-star hotel, and the safe should be free. I was pleased with the stay, though I'm not sure it deserves the advertised four stars.

My room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff made an even bigger impression: they were sociable, professional, and ready to handle whatever came up. Reception welcomed me warmly and made check-in smooth and stress-free. They also went out of their way to help, sharing local information and recommending places to eat. The service was excellent throughout, and I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for attentive, friendly service.

The breakfast buffet had a wider selection than usual, and the hotel was very quiet at night. Rooms and the building were modern, pleasant, and very clean. The staff were kind, helpful, and spoke many languages. BQ was a positive surprise for the price. It's a couple of blocks from the beach, though not close to the city centre. Recommended.

The room was roomy, with good air conditioning, a balcony and a walk-in shower, and breakfast was good. The staff were kind and accommodating. It’s close to the beach and Lidl, though the area has lots of young German guys out partying. They were respectful and considerate while we were there. The shower door was hard to slide open and shut, so that could use improvement. Some English TV channels and maybe hair conditioner would also be nice.

The pool area was great, breakfast was very good, and the location was nice. What stood out most, though, was the staff. José and Mariela at reception were both so welcoming, friendly and helpful to me.
