A gorgeous old building with spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was included and really good, with breads, meats, jams, cereals, and tomato puree for a traditional Spanish breakfast. The staff were very friendly and spoke several languages. Nothing to fault.

What a place ❤️. So central, but still quiet, with beautiful rooms and outstanding service. A tip: room 9 has its own kitchen. Special thanks to the receptionist from Chili, who helped us so much during our stay.

We stayed in apartment no 9 and it was perfect: roomy, clean, and very comfortable. There’s some outside noise near the sitting room, which is understandable in an old city-centre building, but the bedroom was silent at night. Guests can also use the laundry facilities and luggage storage. The location is hard to beat. We’ll definitely be back!

The location made getting around so easy. The hotel is in a narrow backstreet, just steps from two main roads, and within walking distance of almost everywhere we visited in Palma old town. The bus station for trips to other towns is close too. We loved the cozy breakfast area. There wasn’t a big selection, but what they offered was high quality, especially the ham and cheese. The staff were very friendly and easy to contact. Since we arrived at midnight, they sent detailed self check-in instructions beforehand, along with a 24-hour contact line. There are only 8 rooms, and each one is different, with thoughtful decor and lovely details. Ours was spacious and clean, and the bedding and supplies felt carefully chosen. Everyone can use the rooftop terrace. The stairs are steep if your room isn’t on the ground floor, so expect a bit of work carrying luggage up. The Wi-Fi in our room was sometimes weak and unstable. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. It’s a warm, lovely boutique hotel, and we’d come back and recommend it to friends.
