Antigua Palma Casa Noble Hotel

The location, lovely design, spacious rooms, and rooftop are all strong points. The staff were professional and pleasant, which is what I expect from a hotel. Still, my stay at Antigua Hotel in Palma was mixed, and the experience didn’t justify either the five-star rating or the price. Breakfast was disappointing, with few options, tiny omelets, and “fresh” fruit only in miniature pre-packaged cups. The room was missing basics like an amenities kit, and we were given just one roll of toilet paper. Comfort also fell short of a high-end hotel. I could clearly hear people walking in the room above because the soundproofing was poor. Guests checking out at 5 a.m. should be reminded to keep the noise down so others can sleep. It’s a nice hotel, but the comfort and service don’t feel like five-star standards to me. For the high cost, it seems more like a four-star property.

For our honeymoon, we spent three days and two nights in this lovely old house turned hotel, on a quiet street near the popular sights in the old town. The room was beautiful and spacious, with luxurious amenities, and we enjoyed the morning rooftop yoga. The spa was wonderful. Couples can book private time slots, which made it feel intimate. Staff were warm and thoughtful, offering treats and tips as a surprise. We also loved the delicious champagne and chocolate they left for us.

We had a wonderful stay in Palma. The hotel’s decor is beautiful, and the staff were so lovely, helpful, and polite, always serving us with a smile. They even surprised my husband for his birthday. Thank you!

The team gave us a warm welcome, and our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It’s a great spot for exploring Palma on foot. Even on the last day before the winter break, the staff went above and beyond. We’d happily return and recommend it.
