We spent an unforgettable week here for New Year 2026, and the service was the highlight. Boni at reception was wonderful, always smiling, helpful, attentive, and full of good local advice. She went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel itself is stunning, with a huge welcoming lobby and modern, very comfortable rooms. It's ideally placed on the Paseo Marítimo, across from the beautiful Marina. From there it's a 10-15 minute walk to the city center one way and a quick 10-minute walk to a major shopping mall the other. There's a taxi rank right outside, which made longer trips easy. We also loved having the spa, a pool, and good restaurant options. We can't recommend the hotel enough and hope to come back soon.

After a terrible stay at another hotel, we urgently needed somewhere new, and Meliá Palma really came through. We booked only two hours before arriving, and they were ready for us. I'd stayed here before, so I expected it to be comfortable, and it was. Our room was gorgeous, with an incredible port view. Booking through Booking.com came with some great perks: a complimentary drink each, a free 60-minute water circuit spa session, and an upgrade to a sea view room. Housekeeping quickly rearranged the beds and brought double bedding, which made the room feel more welcoming. They also kept our bags all day after checkout, so we could use the facilities until we left. The spa is amazing. There were some downsides. The pool was quite cold, the price is on the high side, and a wedding party was noisy one evening. It feels a bit steep for what you get, but the hotel is still lovely and the positives outweighed the negatives. The staff were fantastic, especially given our last-minute booking. I'd recommend it.

The food was divine, with lots of choice on the menu, and the staff were friendly and helpful with anything we needed or wanted to ask. I had an amazing one-night stay in November, from start to finish, and can't wait to return. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely clean rooms, a minibar, snacks, and all the other amenities you need. It's by the Marina, with wonderful views from the sea-facing rooms. There are plenty of nearby walks, with a footpath and cycle path right by the hotel. The spa is a great bonus for a bit of pampering, and there's a gym too if you don't want to skip a workout. I didn't mind skipping mine 😝. I'd definitely recommend it. Thank you, Melia 😊

The rooms are modern and comfortable, and both the gym and pool are good. There's a beautiful lobby, friendly staff, and great restaurants, including for breakfast. It's a little out of town, overlooking the marina, but I'd say it's the best hotel in Palma.

We had a lovely stay at this very nice hotel with a great view. After long days exploring, it was great to unwind in the Level lounge. We also enjoyed the spa, gym, and restaurant :)
