We really enjoyed the changing country and culture themed dishes at dinner, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious with lots of variety. The spa was a plus, as were the secure bike garage and ping pong table. Staff were friendly the whole time, and we liked some of the relaxed shows after dinner. The room had everything we needed, and with the windows shut, planes didn't disturb us. The shower pressure was weak at times. The location made it easy to get to all the things we needed. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel JS Palma Stay! 😊

This was our second visit, and it may not be our last. The location, spa and pool bar are excellent, and drink prices are very reasonable. Food was good and service was excellent throughout. The rooms are dated, with old, squeaky beds, but they were fine for a few nights. Sunbeds do get claimed, though we saw the lifeguard remove towels from reserved loungers when nobody was using them.

The indoor spa pool was the biggest letdown. There was a lot of algae in it, which pointed to a cleanliness and maintenance problem. That was surprising beside the immaculate grounds and outdoor pools. The showers also swung from cold to scalding hot, so be careful not to get burned. If your room is next to a lift, you can hear it all day, which could bother some people, though it wasn't a deal breaker. The staff and location were great, close to the airport and amenities. Our double room with balcony was small, but clean and just right for a few days. The snack bar was good, and the restaurant was busy, though I didn't eat there because there were so many nearby restaurants. I'd rate it a realistic 3.5 stars out of 5: not bad enough for three, but not good enough for four. Google doesn't offer half stars.

The spa and pool area were calm and clean, just right for relaxing after a day of exploring. Food was another highlight. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding, with fresh, delicious dishes presented nicely and a varied selection each day. My husband and I felt welcomed and looked after from the start. Everyone on the hotel staff was kind, friendly, and ready to help with a smile. We still think back on our stay at JS Palma Stay with a smile, and would love to return. Thanks for such a lovely experience!

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well looked after. The gym was fantastic, and the food had a great variety. Everyone at reception, the bar, and the restaurant was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Our cleaner Claudia was so sweet. We had such a great stay and it's sad to head home today, haha.
