Sunprime Waterfront

The bartenders were lovely even when they were busy with people waiting to order. They kept smiling, and that means a lot. The waiters were attentive and kind, and the food was generally good. The housekeeping ladies also did an excellent job, thank you so much. The hotel was clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it!

The staff were awesome, and the heated outdoor pool was much appreciated in March, when the weather isn't so warm. You can step straight out onto the street, with the beach just across a small road. The views speak for themselves, as the pictures show. The rooms are a good size and convenient, though not especially luxurious. That was fine for me, but I wouldn't say they merit five stars. The gym and spa weren't open to the public yet when I visited on the first day they opened. Still, at the price I paid, it was an amazing choice. Complimentary water and wine were a nice touch.

We've stayed here twice, even though we usually don't return to the same place, and it's easy to see why people come back. The building looks rather plain and old from a distance, and the standard rooms are quite small. But after a while, you start to love the relaxed feel and realize it has what you need. The room is comfortable, the staff are so friendly that guests even hug them goodbye, and there's a nice pool area and a great restaurant. The ocean is just steps away in flip-flops. For exercise, there's a gym, trainer-led classes, and a long beach walk in either direction. Plenty of dinner choices are nearby, or Palma is just a bus or bike ride away.

With all-inclusive, this was probably the best resort I've tried for its food and location. One beach is just a step or two from the door, and another, 6 km long, is five minutes away. The reception can help arrange a cab into Palma, though the queues can get long on Fridays and Saturdays. All in all, a great place, but without the all-inclusive option it wouldn't really be the same.
