Samaritana Pied-à-Terre

Our first-floor apartment was charming, spotless, and surprisingly quiet despite being right in the center. The staff were thoughtful, kind, and always happy to help. At the sister hotel next door, we could have breakfast, with a great cheese and charcuterie selection and eggs cooked fresh, and use the rooftop pool. Dinner reservations and spa services were available too, though we skipped those this time. I'd happily recommend the place and come back.

The room was beautiful, and the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Staying at Samaritana Suites also gave me access to the nearby Posada Terra Santa's facilities, including its lovely rooftop terrace. A small thing to fix: some walls are scratched by door handles or toilet lids, and felt pads could easily take care of that.

A charming, stylish boutique hotel right in the heart of Palma, and wonderfully peaceful. The elegant, comfortable studio and ideal location made it easy to explore the city, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were so helpful. Thanks especially for recommending Posa Terra, it was a real culinary highlight. We'd return in a heartbeat.

The service is what really sets this place apart. Everyone was friendly, ready to answer questions, and full of restaurant and activity recommendations. The apartment itself was finished to a high standard and just right for our short stay. We also appreciated the complimentary use of the hotel spa. It was lovely to come back each day to a cleaned apartment with water and coffee pods topped up. One of the best apartments we've stayed in, with hotel service included. Highly recommend!
