The rooms were honestly great, and the location was really good. The main problems were the beds and the noise. The two beds moved apart easily when my girlfriend and I tried to share one, and we were woken several times by people in the rooms above and beside us pushing their beds back together. The walls and ceilings are paper-thin, so it may be rough if you're a light sleeper. Brunch was pretty good, though the choice was limited. My first impression was much worse. On check-in day at Tent Capi Playa, an older man at reception gave us a hotel rundown and said breakfast was unlimited. We had arrived early, while breakfast was still being served, so my girlfriend and I started eating. He then yelled in front of the restaurant that we weren't allowed and breakfast wasn't included. He later apologized for his rudeness, but still said we had to pay because of the terms and conditions. He had told me it was unlimited and hadn't said we couldn't eat on the day we checked in. He tried to charge us 30 euros, even though we had only taken one plate and went to eat at 1:00, with breakfast ending at 1:30. He kept insisting I pay until he brought over his boss, Ana, who was lovely and told us not to worry about it. That's how the stay began. Aside from that, the hotel was okay. I might have paid a little more for somewhere with better soundproofing and a receptionist who didn't yell at me in front of other guests within my first two hours there.

Winter was a lovely time to stay here: the streets were quiet, there were fewer tourists, and the weather was great. We booked one of the priciest rooms, with a hot tub and a bubble bedroom. The tub was amazing in winter, with enough sun for sunbathing and a sea view. It felt like a lovely stand-in for the sea and made the stay special. The room was a bit basic but had what we needed: a fridge, tiny desk, TV and a bathtub in the bathroom. Noise was the main drawback. We could hear the hallway and people next door, though everyone was considerate, with no parties or loud shouting, just everyday sounds. This was in winter, not the busy summer season. It was annoying now and then, but earplugs did the job. We had a great stay, and the unlimited brunch was awesome.

Breakfast had a delicious range of options, a great way to start the day. Our room was clean, comfortable and neatly arranged, and the staff kept everything well maintained. They were welcoming, friendly and ready to help, so we felt well cared for. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach in Playa de Palma. We had a wonderful stay at tent Capi Playa in Mallorca and would definitely return. Highly recommend it!

We stayed at Tent Capi Playa for two winter days and really enjoyed it. The hotel felt cozy and warm, with lovely rooms and friendly, attentive staff who were happy to help. It's conveniently close to the sea, and there's a bus stop nearby with regular buses into the city. A ticket costs about €2.5. Mercadona is around 1.4 km away and has everything you need. The tasty breakfasts were a real highlight. We'd gladly come back and recommend it.

For four nights, this felt like good value for money, and I'm happy with the choice. The place was spotless, especially my room, and the beach is nearby. Brunch runs from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., with generous portions to keep you going before heading out. The staff were warm, available and professional. The one issue was the air conditioning. It stopped working after two days. I tried lowering the room temperature, but the fan wouldn't come on and the temperature kept resetting. If you're after a good quality hotel at a reasonable price, I recommend it. Thanks again for the hospitality!
