The design at Sant Jaume Design Hotel blends modern touches with historic character, and the private spa was a real treat since we had our own time slot. Breakfast was good, but the warm, smiling staff made the stay stand out most. Jesus gave us a lovely welcome, explained the hotel and Palma, and suggested nearby places to eat. Alejandro, the manager, even checked on us over breakfast on our last day to see how everything had gone. The hotel is on the pricey side, but we felt the experience was good value. Everyone was helpful and welcoming from the time we arrived until we left.

Cristina and her team made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and their service was impeccable. Hotel Sant Jaume sits on a beautiful, quiet street, yet the restaurants, bars, and sights are only a short walk away. It made for a fantastic city break, and we'd happily stay again when we return to Palma.

The boutique studio has a higher standard than most, thanks to both the design and the team’s genuine care. The rooms and facilities are beautifully done, with a quiet sense of luxury. Palma was easy to explore from this hotel, while the location still felt like a restful retreat. Our room was modern, beautifully designed, and spotless. The atmosphere had style, calm, and Mediterranean elegance, and the service was warm, attentive, and often ahead of what we needed. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel San Jaume and would gladly return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mallorca.
