The rooftop terrace was fantastic, and the apartment had a wraparound balcony. It's handy for everything. Naika was really great and checked in with us a few times to make sure we were okay. Definitely recommend.

Very noisy. The window frames were in poor condition, so there was no soundproofing at all. We had to cancel the reservation and move somewhere else. The floors were dirty and the sheets were too small. I don't recommend it.

The apartment was mostly clean, though there was sand in the bathroom corners and the chair cushions were dirty. The bathroom could use a renovation or a very thorough clean: the shower screen is coming off its hinges, the cabinet veneer is peeling, and the mirror is going cloudy. We stayed on the first floor of a building with three other apartments and a stylish rooftop terrace where you can sit and relax. The kitchen has everything you need, so cooking is an option if you get tired of the many restaurants. The place was nicely equipped, but the sofa bed for the third, or fourth, guest was very uncomfortable and not really a proper bed. I wouldn't recommend it for an adult or teenager. The central location also means a lot of noise during the day and late into the night. The TV setup was another odd detail: in a city this lovely, we probably wouldn't watch much TV anyway, but a high-tech device should have apps ready to use without requiring an account with a TV provider or streaming service. Before we arrived, the contact was very helpful, and the arrival information came by email and WhatsApp. We waited briefly for the key, then got a quick introduction and found a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge, which was a nice welcome. We can't give the apartment top marks yet, as there's plenty that could be improved.

A great base for seeing Palma. There’s everything you need here, including a washing machine, and four balconies too. Would happily recommend it.
