At night the stars are easy to see, thanks to the low light pollution, and there's plenty of greenery and interesting wildlife around. It's a remarkable place to enjoy nature and clear your head. We came with a big family and didn't want to leave after six nights. The rooms, bathrooms, and showers were clean, and the kitchen was spacious. The AC reaches every room, the windows have insect screens, and there's a pool and BBQ area. The family is warm and attentive.

We had a long, peaceful weekend and found the place exceptional. The owners and cleaning staff were all very kind and welcoming. We'll definitely return.

The surroundings are beautiful and the house is nice, but we couldn't get a decent night's sleep in the bed in the back room. The mattress was very old and soft, and the bed frame dipped in the middle. By the second night we had to sleep on the floor. If you're hoping to relax, I'd avoid that room. The bedrooms also have no air conditioning or fans. Bring mosquito repellent, and don't plan to stay outside after 6 p.m.

We originally booked four nights and five days for three adults and two dogs, but we liked the quiet, the chance to switch off, and the setting so much that we added another day. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely come back if we can.
