We found great biking opportunities around this quiet little town in the delta. It's a lovely oasis for a couple or a small family, and the host was amazingly helpful and personable.

The owner was so kind throughout and even offered us a late checkout at 3:00 PM. That gave us extra time to enjoy the last day. We had a wonderful birthday weekend at Villa Rufol, and we'd happily come back. The grounds have a lovely charm, with chickens and an adorable little treehouse. The house itself is beautiful, brand new, cared for meticulously, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything we could need, and the bikes were a great extra. We rode along the river and enjoyed the surroundings. We also loved the saltwater pool. It can be heated for an extra cost, and we thought it was worth it. A 10/10 stay.

There was lots of space for the car and a big enclosed garden that worked well for our dog. The pool can be heated if you ask, and we had excellent contact with the host. We also slept wonderfully in the large bed.

Lily was a lovely host, and our daughter had a great time with the chickens and in the treehouse. We came for a weekend with her, and it's a fantastic place for children. We'll come back in summer to enjoy the pool.
