The place itself is beautiful and close to nature, and the apartment was clean. Room service arrived on time every day, while the hotel staff were super helpful and nice. I tried the saunas and they met my expectations. Breakfast deserves a mention too, delicious! Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend it.

The surroundings are amazing, the rooms are large, and the beds are comfy. The spa was great too. Above all, the warm and professional staff made us feel at home. Absolutely stunning hotel 🙏🥰

The comfortable beds, decent shower, and good gym were the only positives for me. We were there for a week, so got a fair sense of the place and the staff. Service was generally fine, but this was the furthest thing from a five star stay I've experienced. We ate in the bar once, where the food was low standard, then tried the restaurant. That was awful. Our tiny main courses took 40 minutes, while two tables who arrived after we ordered got theirs first. When I complained, the waiter just said, "yours is coming, it's coming," then quickly apologized as he walked away. The food had almost no flavor, was pitiful, and left us both hungry. Breakfast wasn't any better than a three star hotel: not much to choose from, omelettes made with carton egg mix, and pod coffee machines. For a proper bean to cup coffee or cappuccino, you have to pay, which is ridiculous. You also pay €25 to use the sauna, which ought to be part of the stay. In the rooms, the coffee is cheap Nescafe, though the suites have pod machines. Surely every room in a five star hotel should have those. There's a corkscrew but no wine glasses, and the toilet paper is the cheap kind you wouldn't expect in even a half decent hotel. They seem to provide the bare minimum wherever they can, which is a pity because this hotel could be great. It's right beside a main road, so it can be noisy. You'll need a car or taxis, since the nearest town is about 15 minutes away.

The rooms are beautiful, and check in was smooth, with no pressure to eat at the restaurant. It's a great hotel in a nicely remote spot, so coming by car is preferable.

The staff were friendly and polite, and the food was decent. It's a nice place with a nice restaurant, though rather pricey. Nothing was bad, but it didn't leave a particular impression, not a wow. I'd come back.
