We booked five nights, but ended up leaving after just two. The ground-floor apartment felt like a dark, damp old cellar, with hardly any light, and the floor was extremely uncomfortable, much like the exterior surface. There was also an unattractive rooftop area labeled a "sunbathing area" or "solarium," with a pseudo-pool that was teeming with bacteria.

Rafael was a delight to deal with, kind, professional, and available whenever we needed him. The apartment itself was lovely and central, with every detail just right. We'll definitely come back.
