The service was nice, though the room was small. The hotel sits in the middle of an industrial park and has a very steel-like feel. You can hear rain running down the building the whole time.

The rooms were really cold, and there was no heater.

We'd booked two rooms for New Year's Eve on December 8, 2025, but the hotel canceled the reservation the day before we were due to arrive. They gave no real explanation, just said there was “a problem” and they couldn't accommodate us. With December 31 so close, finding another hotel at that point was extremely difficult. There was no compensation, no goodwill gesture, and no further explanation. Shameful handling and appalling customer service. I'd avoid this place and book elsewhere if you want to be sure you have a room.

It's very close to Pamplona and the Itaroa shopping center, and Ubarmin clinic is only a short walk away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with reasonable prices, and work fine for an overnight stay. There's no elevator or air conditioning. I was there in September, and the tower fan was enough for me. There's also a restaurant, though I didn't try it.
