That night’s meal was delicious, and the whole place was super clean. I’d only meant to find a bed after a long, hot day riding my motorbike, but the place was so stunning I booked two nights. It’s good for your soul. Definitely five stars from me, and I can’t recommend it enough 👌.

We only stayed one night, but the staff made it memorable. We let them pick our dinner, including a few things I wouldn’t usually go for, and I ended up enjoying it all. The new building is beautifully made from gorgeous granite-like stone flecked with mica. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with a great shower. Everything was clean. Highly recommended!

The owner found out it was my birthday when we arrived and went out of his way to make me a filloa as a cake, candle and all. That kind gesture was part of a perfect casa rural stay. The place is beautiful, quiet, and clean, in a stunning part of North West Spain. Our big, bright rooms had fantastic views. We stayed over a year ago and only just realized we hadn’t posted this glowing review. Next time we’re in Galicia, we’ll go out of our way to stay here again. Moitas grazas! Mark and Lucia

It’s such a peaceful, tranquil place, with views of the river from virtually every room. The service and attention were nice throughout our stay. The beautiful old granite house has been refurbished wonderfully and with lots of taste. Highly recommended.

The location was convenient, though the weather worked against us and limited the river views. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing remarkable.
