Hostal Canigó

Concha gave us the best service we’ve ever had in a hotel. The welcome was warm, the place cozy and comfortable, and it felt like home. The rooms were bright, and breakfast was simple but complete.

Concha, the owner, was friendly and happy to have me from the moment I arrived, and her service was excellent. The room was great, everything looked new, and the bathroom was very clean. My windows didn’t have a nice view, but you can go outside and see the mountains. Parking was easy to find, with a few supermarkets just around the corner. They’re bike friendly too. You can’t take your bike to the room, but they’ll keep it in a very secure room that only she can access. A really nice hotel if you’re staying in this area.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was tasty. The rooms were lovely. Motorcycles can be parked in the garage or safely on the street.

I was traveling by motorcycle when food poisoning forced me to stop urgently. I pulled up outside, rushed in and started vomiting on the floor and carpet. The woman managing the place understood completely. She gave me a bed without making me check in first and looked after me while I was sick, like family. She even arranged for the police to move my motorcycle to a parking spot. I felt safe and well cared for, even though I was very ill. The place was clean and really nice, especially the living area, which felt cozy and homey. I strongly recommend it for both the hospitality and the comfort.
