It’s been over 14 years since I first visited Casa del Batlle and met María Jose and her lovely family. It’s one of my favorite places in the world, the kind of place you don’t forget. The natural surroundings and facilities are just perfect.

The family atmosphere and amazing service made this a mesmerizing place to spend a few days. The views are incredible, and there was a beautiful, friendly horse grazing in the field beside the complex.

We had a fantastic weekend at the rural house. Be sure to say hello to the cute dogs and bunnies too.

We were 11 family and friends and had plenty of room to feel comfortable. The house is spacious and very clean, with large bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen was roomy and had everything we needed. It was easy to reach and the location worked perfectly for us. Maria José was a very kind, welcoming host. We’d definitely stay here again if we return. 100% recommended!
